Project Management & Transition
We assign a dedicated Project Management Office (PMO) to oversee delivery and transition. The PMO ensures smooth execution, simplifies complexity, and maintains alignment with the agreed scope.
Resource & SME Onboarding

Ongoing Progress & Review Meetings
